Chain feeding is a proven method for consistent, efficient feeding. Agromax Flat Chain Feeder moves feed around
the complete circuit within minutes.
The entire flock has equal access to the same feed. It evenly distributes feed with low stress to the birds resulting
in healthier birds, more uniform bird size, as well as financial savings from less wasted feed.
Agromax Flat Chain Feeder is designed for easy maintenance. Routine service can be performed by the farmer,
saving the cost of service personnel.
Agromax chain feeder is built from industry standard components and is compatible with other chain feeders.
Agromax can provide you with replacement parts to fit most chain feeders, including chain, couplers, troughs and
corners.
The chain feeding system can be supplied in two versions, standing and suspended.

After feeding system can be raised giving maximum floor area to the birds.
Feed distribution can start while the feeding systems are still raised allowing a
simultaneous feeding of the birds.
Easy house cleaning, no need to break the system since it can be easily raised.

Drive unit:
The chain direct drive is separate from the feed hopper so it can be placed in any position along the chain circuit.
Drives available for 1 or 2 lines and with speed of 12, 18, 36 and 18/36 m/m versions
Solid housing and reversible chain wheel guarantee trouble free operation.
Drive supplied with height adjustor for standing versions or anti-perch hanging connector for suspended versions.
Corner:
Solid housing for trouble free operation, self-lubricated synthetic bush to allow a maintenance free operation thus no lubrication needed, solid chain guide rail is made out of hardened steel. Supplied with legs for standing chain and hanging hook for suspended version.
Available in 90, 130 and raising/falling versions.
Feed chain: made of high quality steel.
Feed trough:
With special width and shape to guarantee that the birds do not disturb each other when feeding and prevent feed wastage
Available in 2 versions: normal trough for broilers and pullets and medium through for breeders and layers.
