Broiler pan feeding system

In the current competitive poultry industry, every poultry grower is looking to increase their production
efficiency. The Agromax Pan Feeding System helps to achieve excellent feed conversion, has reliable
operation and ensures more profits with its many advantages.

A fast distribution of fresh feed (350 kg/hour) over the entire line ensures uniform growth for all birds.

To meet the different requirements of each broiler grower Agromax offers a selection of feeder pans
to choose from:

• Model Agro M range : available with 14, 10, 4 grill

14 grill birds cannot enter pan after 2 weeks
10 grill birds cannot enter pan after 3 weeks, ideal for heavy broiler
4 grill birds cannot enter pan after 4 weeks

The deep ‘V’ shaped pan bottom allows feed to be reached easily by birds while maintaining a low feed level. Pan comes with three large feed windows for better pan flooding.

• Model Agro G :

Grill-less pan, it allows the birds to easily reach the feed during the first days, low pan height (55mm),

a feed level adjuster which also divides the feed pan in compartments.

Whole feeder line can turn with feeder pans, make it easy to wash/clean the pans.

Both feeder pan models feature :

Feed windows, when the pan rests on the ground, it’s windows open automatically and fill up the pan, which lowers labour costs.
Adequate feed level and easy access ensures enough feed for starting day old chicks and ability to adjust the pan to low feed level later to avoid wasting feed as the birds grow.
The pan has different settings to choose your desired feed level with just a simple twist and makes feed management easier and ensures only fresh feed is available to the birds.
The feeder pan is made of high quality synthetic material which is very resistant to UV. And also resistant to all disinfectants and cleaning products used on farms, giving a long and trouble-free life.
The pan is easy to mount, dismount and clean.

The system features :

Feed hopper: available in 2 versions, Metal and plastic

Metal hopper: with capacity of 60, 100, 150 kg
with stainless steel boot.

Plastic hopper: with stainless steel boot capacity 70 kg advantage: comes in one piece so no need to assemble, High quality polypropylene plastic, light weight, will never rust or dent, 60-degree hopper slope and smooth interior surface improve feed flow, very easy to clean,

For both metal and plastic hoppers, The top hopper part can be easily removed for clean-out.

Drive unit: available in 2 versions, with mechanical pressure switch or electronic sensor.

The highly efficient gear motor drive is designed for consistent operation and uniform feed distribution.

Drive unit has a 0.55 kw/0,75 Hp motor, gear motor, -sealed to IP55- and featuring a built-in limit switch.

Drive unit with LED light also available.

Feeder tube : Made of heavygauge steel for longer tube life. Every tube section is carefully swaged at one end for smooth joints. Galvanised tube diameter is 44,5 mm, thickness 1 or 1.2 mm tube length is 305 cm. The tube has 2, 3 or 4 holes every 1,5 m, 1m or 75 cm.
Auger : is made of heavygauge tempered steel, An anti-perch line of galvanized steel cable prevents birds from standing on the tube

Feeder line suspension : The pan feeding system can be completely raised. The tube with hopper and drive unit is suspended from the ceiling and can be raised by a winch (manual or electrical ), placed in the middle of the house, in order to allow an easy adjustment and fast lifting at end of flock for floor cleaning.
